Are you looking to increase strength and reduce stress? Try chair yoga!

Instructor Danelle French, the Director of the Rochester Regional Health Wellness Center and a Certified Personal Trainer, will guide you through using the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses, as well as movement, breathing, and stretching.

Chair yoga offers many benefits, including increased mobility and strength, reduced stress and pain, and mental clarity.
