Mindfulness in the Summertime is a four-part program series that will provide an overview of mindfulness, integrating outdoor practices and Summer themes.

Laura Gavigan, an educator and mindfulness coach and the founder of Mindful Matters, will incorporate various mindfulness practices, including meditation, grounding, chair yoga, and mindful eating. Each session will close with a meditation and journal reflection.

The next session of Mindfulness in the Summertime will be held on Monday, July 22, at 1:00 PM. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.

The final session will be held on July 29th. A separate registration is required for each session.
