Come rock your awesomeness with Embodied Empowerment: Yoga & Movement for Tweens and Teens on Wednesday, August 21, at 4:30 PM.

Treat your body and mind to an hour of self love, care, and kindness. This specialized yoga class provides a safer, non-competitive space for tweens and teens to practice self agency, to choose how to be in their body and move freely, to work with their emotions, and de-stress.

No yoga experience is necessary, but if you’d like, feel free to bring a mat or towel to use.
