The morning session includes demonstrations and recipes for Toasted Quinoa Bites with seeds, nuts, dark chocolate and oats, Perfect Smoothies and Masala Spiced Nuts with Indian spices.
The afternoon session includes demonstrations and recipes for Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Dip, Fresh Berry Compote to enhance fish, breakfasts and desserts and Za’atar Spiced Nuts featuring Middle Eastern spices.
Learn the nutritional value and take home some tips for modifying them for different occasions and for making them delicious. Tastings included.
