Please join the Irondequoit Library and Episcopal SeniorLife Communities on Wednesday, January 22, at 12:00 PM, for the next Lunch & Learn program.

Each month, Episcopal SeniorLife Communities will coordinate an informational presentation at the Irondequoit Library featuring local experts from trusted community organizations and institutions. Future events will hopefully include presentations from physical therapists, financial advisors, social workers, doctors, artists, and business executives.

Attendees will also have the option of purchasing a boxed lunch for $5.00 (payable in cash at the event). This month’s lunch includes a chicken and fontina sandwich, coleslaw with pickled red onion, chips, and a bottled water.

In January, Lunch & Learn will host a presentation from Brian Potvin, the Director of Community Dementia Services at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities. This interactive program is designed to help you protect yourself against cognitive decline through simple and impactful lifestyle changes.

All Lunch & Learn presentations are free and open to the public. Please register by contacting Julie Montgomery at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities by calling 585-546-8439 (Ext. 1945) or by emailing jmontgomery@EpiscopalSeniorLife.org.
