Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting stuffed yarn items.

In Amigurumi Too, you’ll take it up a notch and learn how to create 3D crochet using the technique of a magic ring (method No. 2 using the chain 2 technique), crocheting on both sides of a foundation chain, and crocheting in a spiral.

To participate in this program, attendees must know how to crochet basic stitches (slip stitch, chain stitch, single crochet, increase and decrease, and count stitches). We’re also asking participants to please bring a 4mm (G) or 5mm (H) hook and yarn needle if you have them on hand.

Yarn and other project supplies will be provided.

Amigurumi Too is designed for adults and will be held on Tuesday, April 8, at 2:00 PM. If you’d like to attend this program, please register now through our Event Calendar.
