Adults interested in yoga can give it a try during Embodied Movement: Adult Yoga on Monday, May 19, at 6:00 PM.
This 45-minute class is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body and breathe. Through mediation and gentle movement, we’ll create a nurturing space for the nervous system. Herbal tea will be offered, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own thermos or mug if you prefer.
No yoga experience is necessary, but please wear comfortable clothing and, if you’d like, feel free to bring a mat or towel to use.
Embodied Movement will be presented by Erin Wafer from StretchingKindness, and is designed for adults. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.
