Representatives from RG&E will be available at the library to connect directly with customers on Thursday, October 30, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, during an RG&E Community Connection event.
This open-house style event will allow customers to get face-to-face, one-on-one help with any billing concerns, learn more about smart meters, obtain assistance they may require in paying their bill, and to learn more about energy efficiency programs.
No registration is necessary to attend, so please join us if you have questions about your RG&E service.
