Are you passionate about history? Consider helping the Irondequoit Historical Society ensure that our local history is preserved and celebrated by the broader community by getting involved in one of their fun activities!
Being a member provides opportunities as simple as enjoying the speakers at their monthly presentations at the Irondequoit Public Library, helping in their garden, giving tours of the historic Pioneer House and Blacksmith Shop, participating in educational events for students and scouting groups, baking goodies for their various events, and much more.
Additionally, the Irondequoit Historical Society is always on the lookout for pictures, stories and artifacts that showcase the history of our town.
