The Friends of the Irondequoit Public Library are looking for artists, crafters, and vendors to participate in a Craft Fair to be held at the Irondequoit Public Library this Fall.
Local merchants are invited to sell their original artwork, crafts, and merchandise on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4. The Friends of the Irondequoit Public Library will provide a 6′ x 3′ table and seating for participants.
If you’re interested in participating, please fill out a Vendor Application by 9:00 AM on Monday, July 20. Vendors do not have to pay the table fee until they receive confirmation from the Friends of the Library that they have been selected for the Craft Fair.
Completing this application does not a guarantee a place in the craft fair. Vendors who are selected to participate will be contacted by the Friends of the Irondequoit Public Library by Saturday, August 1 with payment instructions and details about arrival and setup.
Table fees are $35 for both Saturday and Sunday, $25 for Saturday only, or $15 for Sunday only. An electrical connection is available for an additional $5. All proceeds from sales will be kept by the merchant.
All table and electrical fees will benefit the Friends of the Irondequoit Public Library, and support library programs, events, and services that would not otherwise be possible.
