The newest issue of The Friends of the Irondequoit Library Newsletter is now available!

The Friends had a busy spring and summer with two major fundraisers. On April 11 we hosted Friends Fest 2026 at the library – an outstanding community event with around 250 attendees featuring four local bands and artisan vendors. On July 22 we partnered with Genrich’s Garden Center to host our first event, Book Swap in the Garden event.
It was a lovely event and we loved connecting with our book and plant-loving community to help support the library. Between these two events we raised over $2,600 for the library! Thank you to all who participated and supported the library. And a huge thank you to the Genrich’s team for hosting the event!
