The Empowered Caregiver series is presented by the Alzheimer’s Association and each session tries to teach caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia.
Communicating Effectively is the next session in this series, and it’ll be held at the library on Saturday, September 26, at 10:30 AM. Attendees will learn about how dementia affects communication, as well as practical tips for communicating effectively with family, friends, and health care professionals.
