Join Coach Kelly, an RRCA Certified Running Coach and local Race Director, to Improve Your Running Form during an upcoming online program about developing good running form.
In this program, participants will discuss the four main areas of running form and learn different drills that will help better your form. You will want to have comfortable clothing and shoes so you can practice.
Improve Your Running Form will be held on Monday, July 27, at 3:00 PM. Registration through our Online Calendar is required to receive the Zoom login information for the program.
