
Now Yoga and Movement will join us next Wednesday, August 19, at 6:00 PM for Gentle Yoga on the Library Lawn.
This outdoor yoga class will take place on the front lawn of the library, and it is open to anyone 18 years of age and older. Participants will explore movement and breath and play with some joint range of motion, balance, strength work, and flexibility in body and mind. The class is open to all levels of practice and is especially beneficial to those who want to gain more body awareness through movement, focus, and breath regulation.
Gentle Yoga on the Library Lawn is limited to 15 participants and registration is required through our Online Calendar. We ask that you please bring your own mat, towel, or blanket to practice on, plus a water bottle. You can also bring any other props you like to use for practice.
A mask is required when arriving at the class, interacting with others, and exiting the space.
