Join us Tuesday, April 10 at 7:00pm the Evans Branch to learn how Chinese dietary therapy can help reduce pain and inflammation as well as improve sleep, digestion, energy and much more.  Chinese dietary therapy is based on eating whole, unprocessed foods and is highly individualized in that each patient can be given specific food recommendations based on their personal signs and symptoms.  Presenter, Michelle Grasek is a national board certified, licensed acupuncturist and Diplomate in Chinese herbal medicine.  Registration is required.
