Join author, Andre Fleche, Thursday, August 2nd at 7:00 p.m. at the Evans Branch as he talks about his book The Revolution of 1861: The American Civil War In the Age of Nationalist Conflict. Mr. Fleche is a teacher and writer specializing in the Civil War. A 1995 graduate of Irondequoit High School, Mr. Fleche earned his Bachelors Degree at Syracuse University and both his Masters and Doctorate Degrees at the University of Virginia. He is currently an associate professor of history at Castleton State College in Vermont where he will begin his position as Department Chairman in the fall semester of 2012.
