Town Supervisor Adam Bello, Library Board President Stephanie Squicciarini, and several others took part in a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new library project yesterday, April 23, at Town Hall. After the speeches, many of the people involved in the project went outside and stuck the first shovels in the dirt, marking the beginning of construction on the new building. The centralized Irondequoit Library is expected to open in Fall 2015.
