The Town Hall is working with LifeSpan to conduct a Senior Services Survey of Irondequoit residents who are 60 and older.
LifeSpan is conducting this survey on behalf of the Town of Irondequoit. The town is gathering information about the key issues and challenges of people age 60 and older. Your responses to this survey will be confidential (unless you choose to provide your name/address.) Please respond by January 8, 2016.
