BOOK DESCRIPTION: Comforted with money and success, Dr. Primrose and his family live a happy life in rural England. However, on the eve of his son’s wedding, Primrose loses all of his wealth at the hands of a swindling business partner. Consequently, the wedding is cancelled and the Primrose family is forced to vacate their home and live a life of poverty.
