We have new volunteers ready to solve your technology problems during our Digital Literacy: Free Computer Help program, so we’ve been able to expand its hours of availability. One-on-one tutors will now be available just outside the library’s Computer Lab in Room 212 four days a week beginning on Monday, February 12:

— Every MONDAY from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
— Every TUESDAY from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
— Every THURSDAY from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
— Every FRIDAY from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Excluding the first Friday of the month)

Digital Literacy, which was created in partnership with Literacy Rochester, provides drop-in service for help with emails, smartphones, resumes, online applications, and much more:

Operate Devices
— Use a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
— Upload a document to a USB Drive
— Connect to a wireless network

Navigate the Internet
— Create and use an email account
— Find and apply for jobs
— Stay connected with family and friends

Use Software
