The first public meeting with information about the proposed new library is this Thursday, January 17 at 7 PM at Bishop Kearney High School Auditorium. There will be a brief presentation about the new library and then the Library Board will take questions. Park behind the school and enter at the “events entrance”.
If you cannot make it on Thursday there will be 4 more sessions, all at the Broderick Room at Town Hall. Thursday, February 7 at 10:30 AM; Wednesday, March 6 at 6:30 PM; Tuesday, March 26 at 10:30 AM and Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 PM. Tours of the branches are also available by appointment with Terry Buford, Library Director. Call him at 336-6064 or email him at tbuford@libraryweb.org to set up a tour.
