Last night I read news of another teen book that will be made into a feature film, this one to reportedly star Taylor Lautner. The book is Incarceron, by Catherine Fisher. Here’s the description from the library catalog, “To free herself from an upcoming arranged marriage, Claudia, the daughter of the Warden of Incarceron, a futuristic prison with a mind of its own, decides to help a young prisoner escape.” I haven’t read it yet, but it is on my list of “books to read” based on a two-thumbs up recommendation from one of the teen readers at Evans. The sequel, Sapphique, will be out December 28th.
