What Is Hoopla?
“Hoopla is a digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics, and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later.”
Who Can Access Hoopla?
Hoopla is available to all Irondequoit residents, who may borrow three (3) items per month. Some other towns and the City of Rochester also offer access to Hoopla.
Where Can I Download Hoopla?
Access to materials from Hoopla is available through your browser on any Internet-connected computer at HooplaDigital.com, and standalone apps are available for iOS, Android, and Kindle devices. A video app is also available for Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku devices.
