A message from the Town of Irondequoit…
WIND STORM UPDATE: RG&E has informed the Town of Irondequoit that their goal is to restore power to 90% of Monroe County by Saturday, April 7th.
As a result of the prolonged outage, we will be opening the Irondequoit Public Library as a warming station for those affected by the power outage. Normal hours of 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM will remain in place today and regular hours will be extended to 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM for Friday, April 6th, and Saturday, April 7th.
Internet PCs and library checkouts will be unavailable during the extended hours, however, we will have wi-fi and electricity for phone charging.
