Please join the Irondequoit Library and Episcopal SeniorLife Communities on Wednesday, March 26, at 12:00 PM, for the next Lunch & Learn program.
Each month, Episcopal SeniorLife Communities will coordinate an informational presentation at the Irondequoit Library featuring local experts from trusted community organizations and institutions. Future events will hopefully include presentations from physical therapists, financial advisors, social workers, doctors, artists, and business executives.
Attendees will also have the option of purchasing a boxed lunch for $5.00 (payable in cash at the event). This month’s lunch includes a Waldorf cabbage salad, turkey BLT wrap, chips, and bottled water.
In March, Lunch & Learn will host a presentation about Aging in America from Michele Parsons, the Director of Client Services at No Place Like Home Senior Care. No Place Like Home Senior Care is dedicated to person-centered care and they partner with seniors and their families throughout Monroe County to provide assistance wherever a senior calls home.
All Lunch & Learn presentations are free and open to the public. Please register by contacting Julie Montgomery at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities by calling 585-546-8439 (Ext. 1945) or by emailing jmontgomery@EpiscopalSeniorLife.org.
