Please join the Irondequoit Library and Episcopal SeniorLife Communities on Tuesday, May 28, at 12:00 PM, for the next Lunch & Learn program.

Each month, Episcopal SeniorLife Communities will coordinate an informational presentation at the Irondequoit Library featuring local experts from trusted community organizations and institutions. Future events will include presentations from physical therapists, financial advisors, social workers, doctors, artists, and business executives.

Attendees will also have the option of purchasing a boxed lunch for $8.00. This month’s lunch includes an enchilada wrap with pulled chicken, shredded cheese, rice and beans with a cabbage, and jiciama slaw with a fruit cup.

In May, Lunch & Learn will include a presentation from Karen Menachof, the owner of Caring Transitiions and a top-performing realtor with Howard Hanna, about Downsizing With Ease. Karen will discuss how to downsize with ease, including space planning, packing, move coordination, resettling, donating, online selling, and selling your house.

All Lunch & Learn presentations are free and open to the public. Please register by contacting Julie Montgomery at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities by calling 585-546-8439 (Ext. 1945) or by emailing jmontgomery@EpiscopalSeniorLife.org.
