Please join the Irondequoit Library and Episcopal SeniorLife Communities on Thursday, November 12, at 12:30 PM, for the next Lunch & Learn program.
Each month, Episcopal SeniorLife Communities will coordinate an informational presentation at the Irondequoit Library featuring local experts from trusted community organizations and institutions. Future events will hopefully include presentations from physical therapists, financial advisors, social workers, doctors, artists, and business executives.
Attendees will also have the option of purchasing a boxed lunch for $8.00 (payable in cash at the event).
This month, Lunch & Learn will host a presentation from Tami Becker of GRASP Animal Rescue to learn more about the benefits of fostering a pet. She’ll answer your questions, including…
— What kind of pets need foster care?
— Does fostering cost a lot?
— How long do pets stay in foster care?
— How can you become a foster?
All Lunch & Learn presentations are free and open to the public. Please register by contacting Julie Montgomery at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities by calling 585-546-8439 (Ext. 1945) or by emailing jmontgomery@EpiscopalSeniorLife.org.
