Join representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association for Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body with the Alzheimer’s Association to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Attendees will also learn how to use hands-on tools to help them incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
