Mindfulness in the Summertime is a four-part program series that will provide an overview of mindfulness, integrating outdoor practices and Summer themes.

Laura Gavigan, an educator and mindfulness coach and the founder of Mindful Matters, will incorporate various mindfulness practices, including meditation, grounding, chair yoga, and mindful eating. Each session will close with a meditation and journal reflection.

The first session of Mindfulness in the Summertime will be held on Monday, July 8, at 1:00 PM. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.

Future sessions will be held on July 15th, July 22nd, and July 29th. A separate registration is required for each session.
