Learn the art of Needle Felt during the next Art Instruction with the Irondequoit Art Club on Wednesday, February 11, at 11:00 AM.
Unfamiliar with needle felt? Attendees will use a felting needle on a flat wool surface to interlock wool roving to create a felted image.
The workshop will be led by Leslie Werlin and Lisa Vanderhoff. Leslie is a retired art therapist and self-taught artist who loves to experiment with a variety of art materials, including the process of felting. Lisa has created numerous pieces of felted art and is very supportive of individuals learning a new skill.
