A representative from Reliant Credit Union will join us at the library on Thursday, May 11, at 4:00 PM for a Financial Education Workshop for Teens: Saving, Checking, and Budgeting.
Teens (15-18) who attend the workshop will learn the value of creating a budget and strategies to build one using the simple 50/30/20 Technique. The workshop will also include information about common banking vocabulary, the difference between needs and wants, and saving ideas.
