Our Mindfulness Summer Series with local mindfulness coach Laura Gavigan continues this Thursday, June 22, at 1:00 PM.

Laura will introduce attendees to various mindfulness practices including meditation, mindful walking, dynamic breathing, and more. Each session will integrate seasonal themes for the Summer and will close with a journal prompt.

Because this program will be held on the Library Lawn, we ask that you please bring a lawn chair or yoga mat. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.

One more Mindfulness Summer Series session is scheduled for June 29. Each session requires a separate registration.
