The final session of the season for our Mindfulness Summer Series is happening this Thursday, June 29, at 1:00 PM.

Local mindfulness coach Laura Gavigan will introduce attendees to various mindfulness practices including meditation, mindful walking, dynamic breathing, and more. Each session will integrate seasonal themes for the Summer and will close with a journal prompt.

Because this program will be held on the Library Lawn, we ask that you please bring a lawn chair or yoga mat. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.
