Our Mindfulness Summer Series with local mindfulness coach Laura Gavigan continues this Thursday, June 15, at 1:00 PM.

Laura will introduce attendees to various mindfulness practices including meditation, mindful walking, dynamic breathing, and more. Each session will integrate seasonal themes for the Summer and will close with a journal prompt.

Because this program will be held on the Library Lawn, we ask that you please bring a lawn chair or yoga mat. If you’d like to attend, please register now through our Event Calendar.

Additional Mindfulness Summer Series sessions will be available on June 22 and June 29. Each session requires a separate registration.
