This program is part of a series of programs produced with the University of Rochester Medical Center on Healthy Living. This eight-week series is aimed at empowering participants to make and maintain changes in diet, physical activity, and exposures. These lifestyle changes can lower the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases, while increasing overall health.

Protein, Red Meat, and Processed Meats will be held on Tuesday, October 25, at 3:00 PM, and this program will include nutrition education and a 30-minute session of physical activity. There will also be prizes!
