Join Kasia from Now: Yoga and Movement Studio for a restorative and calming thirty-minute Gentle Yoga session on Wednesday, May 20, at 3:00 PM. Gentle Yoga is well-suited to those who want to gain more body awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility of body and mind.
