The Irondequouit library has a recently formed an Anime Club for teens who love Japanese animation (or even Japanese culture as whole). Come join us on the second Tuesday of every month to talk about manga, eat food, and watch anime! The Anime Club is designed for teens who are 13-18.

This week, we’re gonna get artsy again – by making covers to our very own manga! We’ll come up with a title, design some characters, and add ink and color to our covers. We’ll use inspiration from famous manga and learn the basic designs of a cover. This will be a 2 part series, so don’t panic if you don’t finish them the same day. Feel free to bring your own supplies! Some will be provided.
