Author James Kennedy will present his Best of the 90-Second Newbery Film Festival at the Irondequoit Library for children ages eight and up this Thursday, March 22.

The 90-Second Newbery Film Festival is an annual video contest in which young filmmakers create movies that tell the entire stories of Newbery-winning books in about 90 seconds. James Kennedy, author of The Order of Odd-Fish and founder and curator of the 90-Second Newbery, will give a presentation about the festival as well as show some outstanding entries. This will be an energetic and highly entertaining presentation – don’t miss out!
