Join the Irondequoit Public Library and Hipocampo Books in welcoming children’s authors Olena Kharchenko and Michael Sampson to Rochester.
Olena and Michael will be stopping at Irondequoit Public Library to read from and discuss The Story of Ukraine.
The Story of Ukraine walks readers through each line of the national anthem, providing details of Ukraine’s land and life. Presented in English and Ukrainian, this book gives readers of all ages the opportunity to learn more about Ukrainian culture and history.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet Olena and Michael after the presentation, and copies of the book will also be available for sale.
