Please call 585-336-6063 to make an appointment. This phone number is run by volunteers and is the only number available to make an appointment. Please don’t call the library’s main number as library staff won’t be able to make appointments or view the appointment schedule.
Appointments will be held at the library beginning in February, but please don’t delay, as they are limited.
Tax preparation help is also available through the Empire Justice Center’s CASH (Creating Assets, Savings, and Hope) program.
