Do you need assistance to prepare your taxes this year? A tax prep volunteer can help!
The Town of Irondequoit’s Tax Prep Hotline for the 2025 tax year will open on Monday, January 19.
Please call 585-210-3299 to make an appointment. Callers will be asked to leave their name and number, and they will be contacted by a volunteer in the order that the calls were received to schedule a date for their appointment.
This phone number is run by volunteers and is the only number available to make an appointment. Please don’t call the library’s main number as library staff won’t be able to make appointments or view the appointment schedule.
Appointments will be held at the library beginning in February, but please don’t delay, as they are limited.
Tax preparation help is also available through the Empire Justice Center’s CASH (Creating Assets, Savings, and Hope) program.
