The Alexander Technique is the idea that changes to our postural habits can lead to improved mobility, posture, performance, and focus.

Participants will be able to learn the basics of this gentle method of mind/body education with certified Alexander Technique teacher Kateri Gormley-Sackett during an Alexander Technique Workshop on Saturday, April 26, at 2:00 PM.

During the workshop, participants who are able will also explore balanced sitting and standing and ways to reduce tension in their daily activities.
