The Empowered Caregiver series is presented by the Alzheimer’s Association and each session tries to teach caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia.
Building Foundations of Caregiving is the next session in this series, and it’ll be held at the library on Saturday, July 25, at 10:30 AM. Attendees will learn about the role of the caregiver and changes they may experience, as well as building a support team, and managing caregiver stress.
