During the month of October, we will be making Daduza comfort dolls to be sent to Women4Women Knitting4Peace, a grass-roots organization dedicated to crafting hope, healing and peace one stitch at a time.  They will be sending the finished dolls to Africa.  Patterns for both knit and crochet dolls are available online or at both branches of the Irondequoit Public Library.

Drop off your finished dolls at the circulation desk by the end of October or join us for food and fellowship while we finish our projects together on Tuesday, October 16 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Pauline Evans Branch, 45  Cooper Road.
